Allelica Fulfillment Policy

At Allelica, we provide clinical genetic testing services designed to help prevent common diseases through advanced genomic analysis. Tests are performed either at healthcare providers’ offices or at patients’ homes.

Order Processing

Once your test order is placed, you will receive an email from Allleica with a link to pay for the test and a link to a digital consent form which you will need to read and complete. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a payment receipt via email. After payment is processed and the consent form is completed, Allelica will send you a buccal swab collection kit to the address provided within 7-10 business days.

Sample Collection and Return

Follow the instructions in the kit to collect your sample. Use the prepaid mailer to return your sample to our lab. Once received, testing will begin immediately.

Turnaround Time

Results are typically available within 4 weeks from the date we receive your completed sample. Your healthcare provider will be notified by email when your report is ready. The report is accessed by your healthcare provider through a secure online account.
